• Store and retrieve information using memory features
• Set reminders and manage tasks
• Search the web and extract information from websites
• Schedule automated tasks and reminders

3. Account Registration

To use EmailMCP, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use EmailMCP to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
• Reverse engineer or extract our proprietary systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service for any fraudulent activities

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

• Responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate
• You should verify important information independently
• AI-generated content should not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial)
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you send to EmailMCP. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service.

Our Content: EmailMCP, its logo, and related materials are our intellectual property. You may not use them without permission.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Free Plan: Limited requests per month at no cost.

Pro Plan: Unlimited requests for a monthly fee.

• Payments are processed securely via Paddle
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Experience occasional downtime or delays

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMAILMCP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmailMCP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
• You may request immediate data deletion by contacting us

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Finland.
