Refund Policy

1. Who can request a refund?

Refunds are available for paid EmailMCP subscriptions purchased through Paddle. The request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal charge.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@emailmcp.co and include:

• The email address associated with your EmailMCP account
• Approximate purchase date
• Any Paddle receipt/order reference (if available)

3. Refund processing

• Payments are processed by Paddle; refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible.
• Once approved, refunds typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank/provider.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds follow the policy above.
