EmailMCP is flexible about how you structure your emails:

  • Provide context: "Remember that I prefer metric units" helps get better responses
  • Use natural language: Write like you're emailing a helpful assistant

❌ Don't

  • Don't include sensitive passwords or API keys

How fast are responses? ▼
Most responses arrive within 30-60 seconds. Complex requests involving multiple searches may take slightly longer. Pro users get priority processing.
Is my data secure? ▼
Yes. Your emails are processed securely and not shared with third parties. Your memory is encrypted and only accessible by you. We never train AI models on your data.
Can I delete my data? ▼
Absolutely. Email us at hello@emailmcp.co to request complete data deletion. You can also ask EmailMCP to "forget everything about X" to remove specific memories.
What if EmailMCP doesn't understand my request? ▼
Just reply to the email and rephrase your request. EmailMCP maintains conversation context, so you can clarify or ask follow-up questions naturally.
